Terms and conditions

1. Who we are
Flyvana is an online travel agent. We sell flights operated by airlines; your contract for carriage is with the airline, and the airline’s conditions of carriage apply.
2. Prices and payment
The total shown before payment includes the fare, taxes and airline charges, our service fee and any extras you choose. You pay us by card through our payment provider. Your booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds and the airline issues your reservation.
3. If the airline can’t confirm
If the airline cannot confirm your reservation after you pay, we cancel the purchase and refund the full amount to your card automatically.
4. Traveler details
Your flight booking will be bound by the fare rules and Conditions of Carriage of the airline(s). The information you provide will be sent to the airline so they can process your booking. Names must match each traveler’s passport or ID. You are responsible for passports, visas and health requirements for your trip.
5. Service fee
We charge a service fee once per booking (not per traveler): a flat amount plus a percentage of the airline fare (base fare and taxes). Paid extras such as bags and seats carry a service fee per item, whether added at booking or later. Date changes carry a service fee on top of any airline change fee and fare difference. The service fee is shown as its own line before you pay and is charged in your booking’s currency. Promo codes apply to the fare, not the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable, including when you cancel, unless the airline cannot confirm your booking (section 3).
6. Changes and cancellations
Changes and refunds follow the fare rules shown at booking. Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded; airline change fees and fare differences may apply. Any refund quote shows the service fee separately before you confirm.
7. Extras
Bags and seats are provided by the airline. The airline may change seat assignments for operational reasons.
8. Privacy
We use your details only to make and manage your booking, and share them with the airline and our payment provider for that purpose.
